The model for sale has a dial for ref. 6239 from first production with Daytona inscription in small characters printed at 12 o'clock under the Rolex logo.

The first models with the serial number 1.2 million can be equipped with the previous Valjoux 72B movement, while already at 1.4 million as in this case the caliber is the new 722.

The watch is in good general condition and entirely original.
